Eligibility:
The referred company must be a new customer and not already engaged with Karbon Business.
Both Referrer and Referred must complete the prepaid card application to receive the cashback.
Referral Reward Structure:
Referrer Reward:
The Referrer will receive 1% cashback of the Referred company’s GTV under Discount consideration (eligible cloud spend) for the first month.
The cashback will be credited directly to the Referrer’s prepaid card after the referred company completes their first billing cycle.
Referred Company Reward:
The Referred company will receive 1% cashback of their GTV under Discount consideration (eligible cloud spend) for their first month.
The cashback will be credited directly to the Referred company’s prepaid card after their first billing cycle.
Program Conditions:
Cashback rewards are applicable only if the referred company completes onboarding, passes eligibility verification, and generates billable discounted GTV within their first month.
Discounted GTV is calculated as the total eligible cloud spend after excluding components that do not qualify for the discount.
Both rewards are one-time and based only on the first month’s eligible cloud spend of the referred company.
To receive the cashback, both Referrer and Referred must complete the prepaid card application process. Cashback will not be issued in any other form.
General Terms:
Referrals must be submitted via [Referral Link/Email] or through direct communication with the assigned SDR.
If multiple referrals are received for the same company, the reward will be granted to the first verified referral received.
Karbon Business reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both Referrer and Referred.
Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other rewards or cash outside the prepaid card.
Karbon Business reserves the right to change or terminate the program at its sole discretion.
Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program will result in disqualification from rewards.

The Referred company must successfully onboard, complete the eligibility verification, and generate billable discounted GTV within the first month for rewards to be valid.
Discounted GTV is calculated as the total eligible cloud spend after excluding components that do not qualify for the discount.
